「從專心出發 — 提升幼兒自我管理表現」工作坊 (第6期)

「 佢上堂個陣唔似其他同學咁專心,坐唔定,四圍望,又周身郁。點解呢?」
「 我叫佢要專心啲,佢好似聽唔到,依然故我!」

孩子能否「專心」,從來都是每個家長十分關注的問題。原來,專注力不單對孩子的學習十分重要,還影響他們在日常生活中(包括自理、學習及遊戲)的自我管理表現。

本講座著重理論和實踐,職業治療師會運用「個人-環境-活動」理論(PEO Model),分析孩子不專心的成因及問題所在,並讓家長和老師先了解孩子的個人能力及發展需要,再配合適當的訓練活動及環境調適安排,以提升他們在日常生活中的自我管理表現。家長應從小培養孩子良好的專注力,為他們日後的成長發展奠下重要的基礎。

家長和老師會掌握提升孩子專注力及自我管理的技巧:
• 從個人、環境及活動三方面認識影響專注力的因素
• 了解不同的覺醒狀態和調節狀態的方法
• 用各種遊戲「玩」出專注力
• 介紹專心做事四部曲
• 幫助孩子提升自我管理能力的策略
