家長們可以在小組中透過繪畫過程與身體感受、情感建立聯結，更加察覺自己的行為模式與內在。雖然在小組中我們運用繪畫作為感受方式，但參與者無須有繪畫基礎，也不需要畫出“靚＂的作品，只需讓自己投入創作，一同經歷這趟旅程。
