Target Audience：Carers of Elderly

你現正照顧的長者試過在家裡跌倒嗎？預防跌倒除了靠運動訓練外，其實亦可以從改善家居環境入手。是次活動將會講解長者跌倒的風險因素、預防方法，以及介紹樂齡科技如何有助防跌，從而提升長者及護老者的生活質素。
