參觀房協長者安居資源中心，了解「認知障礙症友善家居設計」如何助患者面對生活挑戰。

對象：正照顧60歲或以上長者；並居於東九龍的全職照顧者優先

*活動設有上門看顧支援，助護老者外出參與活動。
