社區身心健康日 – 夢の奧秘：心靈解密

Organization：New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association - The Wellness Centre (Shatin)

Target Audience：Public

安泰軒(沙田)中心於每個月舉行「社區身心健康日」，舉行不同形式之身心靈健康活動，供會員及社區人士參加。活動透過不同主題，包括情緒健康、養生等，向公眾介紹安泰軒服務及提升社區精神健康。

「夢是潛意識的投射」，透過解夢，容讓我們與潛意識溝通，啟發我們對夢境的理解，解讀當中隱藏的訊息，從而探索自己內心的心靈深處。讓我們一同探索夢境背後的奧秘，更深入地了解自己的內在世界。
