Sharing Comments on the AI Chatbot development

Dear Users,

Thanks to the generous donation from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the Department of Social Work at Hong Kong Shue Yan University has been commissioned by the Social Welfare Department to develop and operate a platform that provides comprehensive and up-to-date information for caregivers of the elderly, persons with disabilities, and those recovering from mental health issues, encouraging them to seek assistance when needed.

This website is actively preparing to introduce an intelligent AI chatbot next year. In order to build a user-friendly chatbot, we sincerely invite people from all sectors, including service users, the public, and industry professionals, to provide feedback related to the development of the chatbot.
