This summer, Dance Well invites you to step into the Hong Kong Heritage Museum and move with body and mind as one.
Creative Movement Series | Designed for Seniors | Individuals aged 55 and above (Welcoming seniors of all health conditions)
Travel back to the 1970s and 1980s as if stepping into a time machine. Inspired by childhood memories and pop songs, we will explore the museum space, rediscover everyday traces of the past, and let memory spark creativity as we move freely and joyfully.
Mind-body Release Series | Designed for Caregivers | Including elder caregivers, family caregivers, and caregivers of people with disabilities etc.
Step into an arts space and take a gentle pause from daily routines. Reconnect with your body, slow down, and find calm and steadiness. Through movement, we practice self-care and carry that care back to the people around us.
🔸The two series share the same class dates and times and will run simultaneously in two different venues. When registering, please choose the group that best fits you.
