內 容：流體藝術是一種以傾倒、流動、碰撞、拖曳等方式讓顏料流動成不同圖案的手法，以帶來療癒身心的作用。參加者無須使用畫筆，亦無需任何藝術經驗和技巧。過程亦能協助家長反思自身對「失控」感覺的
看法。小組尤其適合一些自覺日常有較多焦慮情緒的家長參與。
