安老服務業的「過往資歷認可」機制(Recognition of Prior Learning，簡稱RPL)，可以認可從業員及社區護老者的工作經驗以及能力，唔需要再讀書就可以拎到張QF認可證書，對將來搵工或進修都有幫助。
