What services are available for children with special needs?
Occasional Child Care Service for Disabled Children provides a safe venue for parents or carers to place their children with disabilities for temporary care so as to enable them to attend to personal or urgent matters.
Application Procedures requests for service can be made to Early Education and Training Centres and Special Child Care Centres providing occasional child care service over the phone. Applicants can also directly approach these centres without advance reservation subject to the availability of an immediate vacancy. Those parents who wish to make use of the service should present their children's birth certificates to the centres on application.
