What work training environment is available for persons (including persons with intellectual disabilities and people in recovery) who are unable to work in the open employment market due to disabilities?
Sheltered Workshop provides persons with disabilities who are not able to enter into open employment with appropriate vocational training in a specially designed environment in order to help them develop their social and economic potential to the fullest extent.
The service enhances their working capacity in order that they can move on to supported or open employment wherever possible.
