由註冊護士主理，通過定量超聲波骨質診斷儀，為參加者進行骨質密度初步篩驗，並舉行健康講座，內容包括篩驗結果分析、50歲後骨質流失的狀況、骨質疏鬆的症狀，以及預防/逆轉骨質流失的方法，當中包括教練運動示範。
