「好好照顧自己」SEN照顧者–伸展小組

Organization：Social Welfare Department - Ma On Shan (South) Integrated Family Service Centre

Target Audience：Carers of Children with Special Needs

由心義行社工 (伸展導師、體能教練)黃兆恩Eric帶領，透過伸展運動，讓SEN 學童家長愛惜自己，放鬆心情，並了解自己身體發出的訊號，重新整理後，繼續出發照顧自己及家庭。

 認識互助小組及區內SEN 學童家長支援組織，共同分享育兒資訊及技巧。互相鼓勵，成為大家育兒路上的最強支援。
