2023-24年度護老者外展及支援服務，以「自我關顧」為主題，透過照顧者休憩站，花藝工作坊等活動，

鼓勵護老者練習照顧自己，提高對自我情緒和需要的意識，鼓勵護老者照顧長者前，先照顧好自己。
